Momo is a steamed dumpling stuffed with vegetables. Today tried momo with panner stuffing it came out very well. Please do try this recipe for your family, they will love you 😍 .
Things needed :
Panner - 1 packet
Capsicum
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Maida
Salt to taste
Preparation :
1. I have taken 2 cups of maida will yield 12 to 15 momos. In a bowl add the maida, salt and water then knead the dough well. Apply little oil on the dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes by covering it with a plate or muslin cloth .
2. For the panner stuffing take a pan and little amount of oil to sauté. First add chopped garlic and ginger. Then add chopped onions and sauté until raw smell goes. Add chopped capsicum and sauté until it is crispy. Finally add the crumbled panner then add chilly powder , garam masala and salt to taste. Mix them well until everything gets mixed up well .
3. Now with the maida dough roll them thin like chapathi and use a small round cutter to cut them in circle shapes. From one chapathi you can get 4 to 5 circle shapes. Take the circle shaped chapathi and brush the ends with little water. Now place the paneer stuff in the middle and start moulding it into different shapes.
4. Place the momo in a steamer and steam for 10 to 15 minutes . Serve hot with homemade chilli sauce .
