Carrot Soup

Carrot soup is a healthy and tasty soup variety. Carrot has many health benefits. Try this recipe and share your comments below.

Servings:3

Things Needed
Carrot: 2
Tomato: 1
Onion : 1
Garlic : 4
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Preparation
1. Chop the carrots,onions,tomato and garlic. Add the chopped veggies to the pressure cooker and cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
2. Cool the boiled veggies and blend them to a smooth paste.
3. Take a pan and add in the butter and boil the carrot paste for few minutes. Finally add salt and pepper. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
